Abstract

Perawat sebagai petugas medis harus mementingkan kesembuhan pasien sehingga memilikibeban kerja yang berat. Beban kerja tinggi pada perawat bisa mempertinggi risiko kelelahan fisikdan mental serta rentan mengalami burnout. Data WHO Eropa menunjukkan sekitar 30perawat yang disurvei mengatakan mereka merasa bosan atau lelah dalam bekerja. Di Inggris,sekitar 42 perawat mengatakan mereka kelelahan, di Yunani, sekitar 44 perawat mengatakanmereka merasa tidak puas dengan pekerjaan mereka dan ingin bekerja. selesai bekerja. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan burnout dengan kinerja perawat di RSJD Dr RMSoedjarwadi Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptifkorelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh perawat rawatinap di RSJD Dr RM Soedjarwadi Provinsi Jawa Tengah, perolehan sampel sebanyak 53 respondendengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu proportional stratified random sampling. Instrumenpengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). Uji statistikbivariat menggunakan Kendall Tau. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh karakteristik responden rata-rata usia 41,91 tahun dan masa kerja perawat 17,70 tahun, paling banyak responden laki-laki(50,9%) dan pendidikan DIII Keperawatan (64,2%), burnout pada perawat mayoritas rendah(98,1%), kinerja perawat mayoritas adalah baik (88,7%), hasil analisis bivariate diperoleh p value0,005 (p < 0,05).Kata Kunci : Burnout, Kinerja, PerawatAbstractNurses as medical officers must prioritize patient recovery so they have a heavy workload. A sample of 53 respondents was obtained using asampling technique, namely proportional stratified random sampling.
