Pemenuhan Spiritual Care oleh Perawat di Rumah Sakit : A Structured Review

Pemenuhan Spiritual care oleh perawat masih jarang dilakukan. Sedangkan Spiritual care sangat dibutuhkan dalam proses perawatan pasien. Aspek spiritual merupakan salah satu yang berdampak pada kondisi kesehatan pasien. Sehingga penting untuk mencari tahu hal-hal berkaitan dengan pemenuhan spiritual care oleh perawat. Tujuan dari ulasan ini untuk memberikan gambaran bagaimana pemenuhan spiritual care oleh perawat dirumah sakit. Ebsco, ProQuest, Pubmed, Garuda, ScienceDirect, ClinicalKey for Nursing portal yang di akses untuk menemukan bukti mengenai pemenuhan spiritual care perawatan dengan kata kunci ‘spiritual’ OR ‘spirituality’ AND ‘nurses’AND ‘hospital’ OR ‘hospice’. Menyaring dari 81.183.257 jurnal dan berhasil mendapatkan 10 jurnal terkait. Menggunakan kriteria inklusi yang mencakup sumber literature yang diambil mulai tahun 2016 sampai 2020, kesesuaian kata kunci penulisan, keterkaitan hasil penulisan literature dengan pembahasan yang diangkat. Terdapat 5 tema yang ditemukan dalam telaah literature ini yaitu: “Intensitas waktu perawat memberikan perawatan spiritualâ€, “Terapi perawatan spiritual yang sering diberikan oleh perawatâ€, “Hubungan spiritualitas perawat dengan pemberian perawatan spiritualâ€, “Hambatan yang dihadapi perawat dalam memberikan perawatan spiritualâ€, dan “Hasil yang didapatkan perawat setelah melakukan intervensi perawatan spiritual pada pasienâ€. Disimpulkan Perawat perlu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pemenuhan aspek spiritual pasien dan keluarga.References
