Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 pada Pola Tidur Remaja

Remaja menjadi salah satu kelompok yang merasakan dampak selama pandemic. Masalah yang dirasakan pada kesehatan remaja melalui peningkatan perubahan pola tidur. Studi ini memiliki tujuan mengidentifikasi gambaran dari dampak pembatasan selama pandemi pada pola tidur pada remaja. Pendekatan cross sectional telah digunakan dalam penelitian ini dimana populasi dalam studi ini adalah siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak sebanyak 825 orang dengan kriteria inklusi. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 269 responden dengan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Data diambil pada bulan Agustus hingga September 2021. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan dalam adalah yaitu kuesioner demografik dan Sleep Timing Questionnaire (STQ) dalam versi Bahasa Indonesia dengan memanfaatkan google form. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa pola tidur berdasarkan karakteristik responden usia sebagian besar pada usia 16 tahun sebanyak 79 orang (92,9%) mengalami pola tidur yang tidak baik, laki-laki lebih banyak mengalami perubahan pola tidur sebanyak 140 orang (92,1%) dari pada perempuan. Perubahan pola tidur ditunjukan pada kebiasaan remaja di hari sekolah (weekday) dimana waktu tercepat tidur malam sebagian besar pada pukul 22:00, waktu terlama tidur malam sebagian besar pada pukul 00:00 dan waktu bangun tercepat sebagian besar pada pukul 04:00. Temuan utama dalam studi ini remaja SMA mengalami perubahan pola tidur dan sebagain besar mengalami pola tidur yang buruk selama pandemic COVID-19. Selain itu, usia remaja lebih muda serta perempuan memiliki kecenderungan mengalami perubahan pola tidur yang buruk dibandingkan laki-laki.References
