Prediktor Level Kecemasan dalam Melakukan Kunjungan Antenatal Care pada Ibu Hamil

Fenomena pandemic COVID-19 berdampak serius pada kesehatan mental wanita hamil hingga terjadinya kecemasan. Hal ini memengaruhi pada wanita hamil untuk menunda pemeriksan untuk memenuhi perawatan perinatal dalam melakukan ANC. Studi ini memiliki tujuan melihat predictor kecemasan Wanita hamil dalam melakukakan kunjungan ANC dari factor karakteristik yang memengaruhi kecemasan. Studi ini dengan pendekatan cross sectional, populasi dalam studi ini seluruh ibu hamil sebanyak 43 orang dengan kriteria inklusi, jumlah sampel sebanyak 41 orang ibu hamil dengan teknik total sampling. Data diambil pada bulan Mei 2021 selama 2 minggu. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan dalam adalah yaitu kuesioner demografik dan kuesioner Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7. Analisa Bivariat dalam studi ini menggunakan Spearman Rank. Temuan dalam studi ini didapatkan bahwa sebagaian besar Wanita hamil merasakan kecemasan dalam level ringan dalam melakukan kunjungan ANC (36,6%). Tidak terdapat korelasi antara usia, usia kehamilan, pendidikan, pekerjaan. Namun, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara paritas dan level kecemasan pada Wanita hamil dengan arah korelasi negative, semakin rendah paritas semakin berat level kecemasan yang dirasakan.References
