Untuk mensukseskan penyelenggaraan perawatan paliatif sesuai penetapan WHO seorang perawat harus memiliki pengetahuan, sikap yang mendukung serta praktek pelaksanaan paliatif yang adekuat. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan kapasitas perawat dalam perannya pemberi asuhan keperawatan paliatif. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 21 perawat yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni-Agustus 2023. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei terhadap peserta pelatihan menggunakan pre-post test untuk mengetahui perubahan pengetahuan setelah dilakukan pelatihan. Kuesioner terdiri dari 20 pertanyaan yang berisi tentang perawatan paliatif. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat didapatkan peningkatkan pengetahuan rata-rata mencapai 57% dengan rata nilai post test 90,23.
