Self-Efficacy dan Peran Keluarga Berhubungan dengan Frekuensi Kekambuhan Pasien Skizofrenia

Skizofrenia merupakan gangguan pikiran berupa kombinasi dari halusinasi, delusi, berpikir dan perilaku tidak teratur. Skizofrenia seringkali kambuh dan berulang sehingga sangat diperlukan terapi jangka lama yang membuat keluarga membutuhkan self-efficay yang baik dan perlu peran keluarga untuk memberikan kesembuhan bagi pasien dan tidak kambuh. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan self-efficacy dan peran keluarga dengan frekuensi kekambuhan pasien skizofrenia. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan penedekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh keluarga yang memiliki anggota keluarga yang mengalami skizofrenia sebanyak 40 pasien. Sampel penelitian keseluruhan objek atau dianggap mewakili populasi atau total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah di uji validitas dan reabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa self-efficacy mayoritas rendah sebanyak 67.5%, peran keluarga mayoritas kurang sebanyak 62.5% dan frekuensi kekambuhan responden mayoritas 1 kali sebanyak 52,5%. Self-efficacy dengan frekuensi kekambuhan didapatkan nilai p=0.006 (p<0.05) dan peran keluarga dengan frekuensi kekambuhan, nilai p=0.0026 (p<0.005). Disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara self-efficacy dan peran keluarga dengan frekuensi kekambuhan pasien skizofrenia.References
