HUBUNGAN KECEMASAN DAN PERILAKU BULLYING ANAK SEKOLAH DASAR

Kecemasan merupakan salah satu gangguan masa kanak-kanak yang paling umum. Kecemasan adalah perasaan khawatir yang berlebihan dan tidak jelas, merupakan respons terhadap stimuli eksternal maupun internal yang menimbulkan gejala emosional, kognitif, fisik dan tingkahlaku . Efek negatif kecemasan yaitu perasaan mudah tersinggung dan perilaku agresif. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecemasan dengan perilaku bullying anak sekolah dasar. Penelitian melibatkan 196 anak sekolah dasar menggunakan kuesioner Screen for Child Anxiety Related Disorders (SCARED) terdiri dari 41 pertanyaan dan kuesionerperilakubullyingyang terdiri dari 26 pernyataan Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kecemasan dan perilaku bullying anak sekolah dasar (p value = 0,000). Kecemasan dan perilaku bullying merupakan masalah kesehatan jiwa yang banyak terjadi pada anak sekolah sehingga perlu penanganan yang khusus oleh tenaga kesehatan, guru dan orang tua. Kata Kunci : Kecemasan, perilaku bullying , anak sekolah dasar. THE RELATIONSHIP ANXIETY AND BULLYING BEHAVIOR IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILDREN ABSTRACTAnxiety is one of the most common childhood disorders. It is an excessive and unclear feeling of worry and kind of response to external and internal stimuli that cause emotional, cognitive, physical and behavioral symptoms. Negative effects of anxiety are feelings of irritability and aggressive behavior. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between anxiety and bullying behavior in elementary school children This study consist of 196 elementary school children. Data were obtained by the screen for Child Anxiety Related Disorders (SCARED) questionnaire which have 41 questions and a bullying behavior questionnaire consisting of 26 statements. Data analysis used the chi square test Results showed there was an association between anxiety and bullying behavior inelementary school children (p-value = 0.001). Anxiety and bullying behavior are mental health problems that happend a lot in school, so they need special handling by teachers, parents and health services. Keywords: Anxiety, bullying behavior, elementary school childrenReferences
