RESPON TRAUMA PADA PENGUNGSI GEMPA BUMI CIANJUR JAWA BARAT

ABSTRAK Bencana alam, salah satunya adalah gempa bumi, biasanya terjadi dengan cepat dan tanpa peringatan sebelumnya. Kondisi ini dapat membuat korban bencana menjadi lebih rentan mengalami trauma. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan respon trauma yang dialami oleh pengungsi Gempa Cianjur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode convenience sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang. Analisa data penelitian menggunakan analisa univariate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 orang responden, sebanyak 11 orang (36,7%) mengalami gejala ringan dan 18 orang (60%) mengalami gejala mengarah ke PTSD. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam penanganan masalah kesehatan mental pasca bencana di tempat pengungsian korban Gempa Cianjur. Kata Kunci: Gempa; PTSD; Pengungsi; Trauma Abstrac Natural disaster, particularly earthquake, happen in short time and without warning. This condition make the victim are more vulnerable to develop trauma. Therefore, the aim of this study was to describe the trauma response among Gempa Cianjur refugees. This study was using convenience sampling method with the total of respondents were 30 people. Statistical analysis that used by this study was univariate analysis. This study found among 30 respondents, 11 person (36.7%) was got moderate symptoms and 18 person (60%) was got symptoms to PTSD. Based on the results, this study can be used as background to give more attention to mental health problems among refugees of Gempa Cianjur. Keywords: Earthquake; PTSD; Refugees; TraumaReferences
