Terapi Komplementer pada Skizofrenia dengan Depresi: A Literature Review

Pengobatan komplementer adalah sekelompok praktik, disiplin, atau produk medis dan yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan yang tidak dianggap termasuk dalam ruang lingkup pengobatan konvensional. Terapi komplementer dianggap sebagai bagian dari praktik tradisional negara-negara Non-Barat. Oleh karena itu, terapi komplementer merupakan salah satu metode dalam pengobatan pasien yang menderita skizofrenia. Meskipun kurangnya penelitian tentang efek terapi komplementer untuk orang dengan gangguan mental, beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari efek terapi komplementer cukup menjanjikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis artikel tentang efek terapi komplementer dengan depresi mayor, pada pasien skizofrenia. Metode: literature review menggunakan analisis beberapa artikel yang berhubungan dengan judul melalui pencarian database seperti: PubMed, Science Direct dan perpustakaan online Wiley kemudian disaring berdasarkan kata kunci, bahasa dan artikel terpilih berupa artikel yang diterbitkan dalam 10 tahun terakhir menggunakan kata kunci " terapi komplementer DAN skizofrenia DAN Depresi" dalam rentang tahun 2011-2021 juga menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Kemudian hasil diidentifikasi berdasarkan pertanyaan peneliti, penelitian relevan,kemudian melakukan pemetaan data, menyusun, merangkum dan melaporkan hasilnya. Hasil: dari database PubMed ditemukan 3 artikel, perpustakaan online Wiley menemukan 1 artikel, dan ScienceDirect menemukan 3 artikel. Dari keseluruhan database, hanya 7 artikel artikel memenuhi standar dengan menyaring sesuai topik, judul, ringkasan dan metode penelitian Kesimpulan: terapi komplementer pada pasien skizofrenia adalah terapi musik, terapi yoga, dan terapi relaksasi. tanda dan tahapan depresi pada penderita skizofrenia, serta menjadi terapi yang efektif dalam mengelola dan mengurangi kecemasan dan depresi pada skizofrenia.References
