Gambaran Burnout Perawat di Ruang Isolasi Coronavirus Disease 2019

Burnout menjadi salah satu gangguan psikologis yang rentan dihadapi oleh perawat dalam perannya memberikan perawatan pasien di ruang isolasi Coronavirus Disease 2019. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran burnout perawat di ruang isolasi Coronavirus Disease 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif survei pada 60 perawat di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Bali Mandara melalui purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan Maslach Burnout Inventori sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari 21 pernyataan. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan disajikan dalam distribusi frekuensi. Hasil analisis mendapatkan burnout perawat di ruang isolasi Coronavirus Disease 201ada pada kategori rendah yaitu 75%, sedang 20%, dan cukup tinggi 5%. Mayoritas burnout perawat di ruang isolasi Coronavirus Disease 2019 berada pada kategori rendah. Berdasarkan dimensi burnout, sebagian besar perawat mengalami kelelahan emosional rendah, depersonalisasi rendah, dan penurunan pencapaian diri rendah. Akan tetapi, pada dimensi kelelahan emosional mendapatkan 5% perawat mengalami kelelahan tinggi.References
