Efektivitas Program Jogo Tonggo dalam Upaya Pengendalian Covid-19

Abstract

Peningkatan kasus Covid-19 mengalami peningkatan di Jawa Tengah dan berdampak pada bidang kesehatan, ekonomi, sosial, pendidikan dan pariwisata. Kabupaten Sukoharjo mengalami kejadian peningkatan kasus Covid-19 khususnya di Kecamatan Mojolaban. Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah telah mengeluarkan Instruksi Nomor 1 Tahun 2020 tentang Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Percepatan Penanganan COVID-19 Di Tingkat Rukun Warga (RW) Melalui Pembentukan Satuan Tugas (SATGAS) Jogo Tonggo. Program Jogo Tonggo sebagai konsep community empowerment yang ditetapkan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah dalam pelaksanaannya bertujuan untuk membentuk kesadaran bersama, ketaatan masyarakat Jawa Tengah pada imbauan negara, serta solidaritas sosial di antara warga masyarakat. Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder dari Kemenkes RI, Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sukoharjo dan survey pendahuluan, kemudian data primer berupa Hasil indept interview mengenai implementasi program Jogo Tonggo. Teknik sampling menggunakan tekhnik Purposive Sampling sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan tekhnik reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verification, sedangkan untuk mempermudah keakuratan sebuah data yang diperoleh melaui wawancara dan observasi dengan tekhnik Triangulasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan Program Jogo Tonggo terkesan terlambat dalam upaya penanganan Covid-19 karena sebelumnya telah ada dibentuk Satgas Covid-19.
