Kepuasan Saat Pelaksanaan Persalinan

Mengetahui kepuasan pasien dapat berkontribusi pada pelaksanaan persalinan yang berkualitas tetapi tidak secara rutin dilakukan di setiap fasilitas kesehatan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan selama persalinan dan kelahiran pada wanita di Sumba, Nusa Tenggara timur dengan menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Sebanyak 298 ibu dengan kriteria melahirkan di rumah sakit dan memiliki bayi berusia 8 minggu. Pengambilan data dilakukan di puskesmas yang tersebar di kota waikabubak pada saat ibu membawa anaknya untuk melaksanakan imunisasi. Analisis data menggunakan chi square dan analisis regresi logistic ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hanya 17,7% responden puas dengan pelaksanaan persalinan. Sebanyak 13.2% responden puas dengan pelayanan interpersonal, 20,4% responden puas atas informasi yang diberikan dan dilibatkan dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan 18,1% responden puas dengan kondisi tempat bersalin. Hasil analisis regresi menemukan bahwa tingkat kepuasan yang rendah berhubungan dengan dilakukannya episiotomi, kurangnya pemberian obat anti nyeri saat persalinan, dan pelaksanaan proses persalinan pervaginam.ÂReferences
