PENGARUH PROGRAM TERAPI MUSIK RUMAHAN PADA ORANG TUA DAN ANAK DENGAN DISABILITAS

Pola asuh yang responsif dan sinkron antara interaksi orangtua-anak berdampak positif pada anak dalam hal bahasa, kognitif, dan perkembangan sosial-emosional. Meskipun manfaat terapi musik yang didokumentasikan secara luas pada interaksi orang tua-anak, bukti empiris untuk efek terapi musik pada sinkronisasi orang tua-anak masih kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh partisipasi orang tua-anak dalam Program terapi musik berbasis rumah selama enam minggu tentang respons orang tua, inisiasi anak, dan sinkronisasi orang tua-anak, serta penggunaan aktivitas musik sehari-hari oleh orang tua dengan anak mereka. Penelitian ini merupakan quasi eksperimen dengan jumlah sampel 26 pasangan orangtua-anak berpartisipasi dalam studi desain kelompok tunggal dalam subjek tes awal. Pasangan yang berpartisipasi termasuk orang tua dan anak mereka dengan disabilitas atau keterlambatan perkembangan (termasuk usia 6-12 tahun). Pasangan orangtua-anak berpartisipasi dalam program terapi musik berbasis rumah yang mencakup enam sesi mingguan 40 menit, dan menggabungkan lima strategi pengajaran responsif (yaitu, mempengaruhi, mencocokkan, timbal balik, kendali bersama, dan kontingensi). Data observasi dicatat untuk interaksi orang tua-anak dan keterikatan orang tua-anak. Hasil penelitian didapatkan Respons positif fisik dan verbal orang tua, serta inisiasi verbal positif anak-anak, meningkat secara signifikan sebelum pasca-intervensi; namun, inisiasi fisik positif anak-anak tidak meningkat secara signifikan. Keterikatan orang tua-anak juga meningkat secara signifikan sebelum pasca-intervensi. Kesimpulan; Temuan mendukung penggunaan terapi musik rumahan program untuk memfasilitasi interaksi orang tua-anak di bidang orang tua responsivitas dan komunikasi yang dimulai oleh anak, serta sinkronisasi orang tua.ÂReferences
