TERAPI ANYELIR KOMPAK MENURUNKAN INTENSITAS NYERI ANAK SAAT PELEPASAN KATETER URINE

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan Terapi Anyelir Kompak dalam menurunkan intensitas nyeri pada anak ketika pelepasan katetere urine di ruang PICU RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pre test post test design. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 80 anak yang dirawat di ruang PICU RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling atau berdasarkan kriteria tertentu dengan jumlah sampel yang sesuai dengan kriteria sebanyak 40 responden. Pengukuran nyeri menggunakan metode Wong–Baker FACES pain rating scale (WBPS). Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan pendekatan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara statistik nilai Asymp sig adalah 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan rerata intensitas nyeri yang signifikan antara pre-test dan post-test atau sebelum intervensi dan sesudah intervensi. Hal ini berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan intervensi Terapi Anyelir Kompak terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri saat berkemih di RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. Perawat dapat mengaplikasikan intervensi ini dalam manajemen nyeri anak yang dilakukan tindakan pelepasan kateter.References
